Another one of the most common jobs in the field is that of safety specialist. These specialists are often specifically hired by businesses to help lower insurance rates. They do so by inspecting plants and facilities for certain violations and hazards. A safety specialist will then work to fix these problems.

Security guards are required to have knowledge on how to handle firearms and safety equipment. They will also be required to write in daily reports, and that means that they should be active in the English language. A muscular physique and an athletic body are a bonus as they may be required to chase down or even knock down famous people.
